SRSP implemented Food for Work (FFW) program with the support of WFP-Pakistan in deserted area of four districts, Tharparkar, Umerkot, Sanghar and Khairpur. SRSP has facilitated 25,364 beneficiaries in the FFW project.

SRSP is implementing the “Food for Work” project in collaboration with WFP Pakistan in four districts, Tharparker, Umerkot, Sanghar and Khairpur.

• A rapid household survey has been conducted in all (04) districts to identify the potential households for the project.
• The project aims to reduce the sufferings of marginalized poor community members being affected by recurring droughts and high food prices
• The project is being implemented in the arid areas of Tharparker, Umerkot, Sanghar and Khairpur districts
• The project will also support them to create /improve their household assets through the Food for Work program 
• Through Food for Work Program around 15,000 beneficiaries will construct household latrines and Tanks
